A) Location: Liverpool, EnglandB) Photographer: Peter Powell
C) Original Caption: "Horses and their jockeys fall over a fence on Saturday, April 9th, during the Grand National Steeplechase in Liverpool, England."

E) What interests me most about this photo, as an equestrian myself, and having experienced moments like these, I can almost feel myself falling off as well, and feel the fear that is present for the fellow four-legged companion.
F) What makes this photograph look crowded is not only the amount of riders/horses toppling over each other, but the crumbling brush that was smashed through.
G) IF this photo could make sound, it would like horses crying out in fear, people gasping and screaming, and the thundering of hooves from the horses further along who escaped the crash
A) Location: Melbourne, Australia
B) Photographer: Cameron Spencer
C) Original Caption: "Australian rugby player Rory Arnold bleeds from his head Saturday, June 18th, during a Test match against England in Melbourne"

E) From looking at this photograph, I can tell that the person being photographed worked very hard, and made sure he accomplished all his goals. I can tell you this from the look of intesity on his face, and even though he is literally gushing blood from his forehead, he slaps a bandage on there, and refuses to quit until the game is won.
F) If this photograph had sound, I believe it would be a close up sound, of this man heavily breathing, trying to catch his breath, and this breathing sounding a little wet, as he would be trying to breath through his own blood.
G) If I were to personally grade this artist, he would get an A+ in my book, simply because of how well he focuses the subject, as well as the emotion and intensity he captured in one photo, with only one single player.
A) Location: Minobu, Yamanashi, Japan B) Photographer: Katsuyoshi Nakahara C) Original Caption: "Cherry blossoms look like a Japanese painting. The smoke of the bonfire of old paper charms has brought a fantastic effect." D) Link: http://travel.nationalgeographic.com/photographer-of-the-year-2016/gallery/week-3-all/3 E) I would describe this picture as being tranquil, with vibrant yet soft/soothing blues and pinks, and a few jade-ish greens. I would describing it to be incredibly aesthetic with the soft pinks and undertones of white against the dark greens and blues of the trunk of the tree, as well as the fog rolling in behind it. F) What interests me most about this photo is the colors schemes, and how well they all work together, as well as how it emotionally puts me at ease. G) If I was inside this photo, I would feel at ease, alone, quiet, and a bit chilled |
